At 20:11, when Thomas placed the 'boom grenade' from the top of the deck, he lowered the pistol counters to two, the correct thing to do was to go up to four and with the 'RED backup' go up to five... the judge did not correct this game state correctly... he should have returned the marker he took by mistake and should have left it at four...
He has additional action points due to High Octane which gives him an action point every time he boosts. Another safeguard against losing go again to Tome is Achilles Accelerator. You can just break AA to gain an action point as long as you have boosted that turn.
