So she gets nothing as time has past and the virus is not so bad for those who may have contracted it from her son. In the UK you can win your case and still pay all of your own costs PLUS the costs of those who bring the case if the judge rules so.
She would need to sue, which is very costly and not guaranteed of a win especially as it appears the whole judicial system is corrupt, no judge is going to find in her favour against another judge.

My doctors answer was that he had just had the reps in telling him that he should tell all mothers and fathers to have their babies vaccinated with the w hooping cough vaccine so he asked the rep if he would have his children vaccinated with it and the answer was no!
So my doctor said to me how can I encourage you to vaccinate your baby with it when the rep wouldn’t vaccinate his children with it?
He then went on to tell me he had been vaccine injured himself by having too many vaccines.
I was a 17-year-old mum at the time and he began to open my eyes to the pharmaceutical industry’s shenanigans!

That has happened in Turin, Italy, to a friend of mine. Her ex husband wanted to use the children as a mean to hurt her and, as she insisted on not having them injected, the father involved the judge, who ruled in favour of the "vaccines". Therefore, the lady could not stop the dose from being given them, and the problem is that the kids were happy about it, as they viewed their mother's insistence as a limitation of their freedom to get along with schoolmates and their ordinary lives, totally unaware of what she really meant. May God forgive.
While I get what you're saying, I also understand the kids point of view.
I spoke to my kids & encouraged them not vaccinate but it wasn't my decision to make, it was theirs. Both of them chose to get it & understandably so.
It takes an extremely strong will to withstand the kind of pressure that was being placed on people. More so for kids & teens who are far less capable of going against an overwhelming majority. It's in their nature to comply & want to be a part of the crowd.

As the mother of a grown child who is a quadriplegic, paralyzed from the neck down, from a flu vaccine, I can relate to this poor mother's battle.
Shocking to experience how quickly everyone turns against you and feels like they have a God given right/authority to judge you. Doesn't just happen within the medical community, happens with the 'public' too.
I have not only lost my trust in medical and governmental institutions, I have lost a lot of my trust in the average person too.

That’s how Child Protective Services work John, on any issue. My son paid over $300,000 to get his three girls back from them, by using a top barrister. We both made a presentation to a senate committee on the subject, and the CEO said that their budget for the next year was $780 million. I could then see what the game was-to keep the departments funding up by using as many social workers, magistrates, lawyers, psychologists, carers,care homes, as possible, so they all kept employed. And the department lie every step of the way. When I went to numerous politicians about the problem, they said that there was nothing they could do because of the way the law prevented them from making any representation. Money is the name to the game.

I don't think employers who forced their will on employees, with threats to them of losing their jobs, if they didn't take the untested experimental jabs, should be let off the hook either. As time passes with very little being done to correct all of these wrongs, it will happen again, & maybe even worse, in the future.

I will continue to pray for the rest of us that government will get out of our business in which it/they have absolutely no right to be. If there is something going around I don't wish to get I can have a medicine put in my arm. If I don't care about the thing going around I won't get the stuff put in my arm. If most of society have the thing in their arm and I don't have it, the only person at danger is myself. So how can not having the stuff in the arm endanger others from said problem if they have had the stuff put in already ?

I had been caring for a gentleman for 30 years. In the US. He was a person with developmental disabilities. In his 70's the jab was introduced. I was very concerned about him getting this done. I decided on the J&J because it was a one and done. And he agreed. Fast forward 2 years. We all got COVID and he breezed through it. Now the state caseworker began pushing the idea of getting the booster. Between his medical visits and myself he had been left with not getting the booster. His doctor during one of our visits had stated his heart was in great shape . My concern about him getting the jab was because he did not show pain or illness the way most folks do. With that said. The caseworker informed me the day program was giving the booster. I sent an email stating my concerns. The caseworker never responded. Instead I got another email stating he was set to get the jab the following day. Nothing I could do. Fast forward 2-3 months. He takes a fall and is hurt pretty bad. Ends up in the hospital and the fall was due to his heart and now he is prone to fainting due to heart issues.

Dear John, frankly- you are a blessing for the community and honestly open-minded people. We need to talk about the past, LEARN from it and not allow to happen it again!
Clearly the state in the first instance was working, though not intentionally, on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry who had through lies and disinformation contrived to convince governments across the world that their latest wonder remedy was critical to the security of humanity.
Now we see that class action legal cases are springing up to take those same pharmaceutical companies to court for lying about the efficacy of their products. I think the mother should now appeal for costs as she has ultimately been proven right.

Yes New Zealand totally lost the plot, I became an exile in my own country. I lost friends and still family don’t speak to me. Just because I stood my ground and my vaccine stance. I have remained unvaccinated and hence I remained a lot healthier than most of the vaccinated people I know. Yet I am not an anti vaxxer I just believe in freedom of choice and what would be better for my body.
Absolutely outrageous, it beggars the question how many more families were subjected to this dark age thinking and how many were actually forcibly injected against their will, care homes and their inhabitants (including the staff) being one group that comes to mind and vulnerable children another. Nothing was ever reported that I know of in the press and it took people such as yourself Dr Campbell and Andrew Bridgen to champion their cause. Keep up this vital work.
