Shifter deprives you from the Moye draw but even Chixiao + Blackout is better than a 3,5k vanilla.
Draco Berserker might actually be a viable turn one play in that position, his monster banish also being better than nothing.

If I may suggest something to the war-crime enjoyers here - handloop someone with Hino-Kagu-Tsuchi. His effect makes it so the opponent pitches all cards in their hand at the start of their draw phase (before they draw) if he inflicts battle damage.
