Still listening today (July 2020), but sure wish the audio issues around minute 10 and on were not there... it breaks up the worship time, but MAN, that is awesome worship!

She is simply "singing in tongues" read about it in the New Testament. It is a spiritual gift given by God. You cannot learn it.
