Ingredients
Chicken breasts - 1 kg
Eggs - 4 pcs
Yogurt - 350 g
Grated cheese - 300 g
Tomatoes - 1 pc
Olive oil
Pepper
Thyme
Salt
Method of preparation
Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.
We put them in a tray.
Season the meat with salt, pepper and thyme.
Add olive oil.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the yoghurt.
Add 150 g of grated cheese.
Add the prepared mixture to the meat in the pan.
Sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and arrange them on top.
Sprinkle with thyme and grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 50 minutes.
