Hi Sir, I don’t think a spinal surgery impacts the health check. But it depends on what exactly you have undergone. They normally get blood and urine test done. And they check for TB too. Have talked about my health check in detail in -

I know that even on the website it reads 1-3 months of timeline.
But mine came the next day may be because my visa documents were complete and apt and I’ve travelled to the UK for work before.
But one can’t really argue on different visa timelines for different people

These are the steps that I went through -:
1. I Found a job in which the employer agreed to sponsor my work visa. I applied for many jobs in australia, UK and UAE. This one clicked.
2. Post clearing interview rounds, my employer sent a job offer.
3. Employer got nomination approval internally from business and hired a mobility agency to start my visa application
4. I provided all my docs to the mobility company. Have made a video on this on my channel.
5. After visa got approved, all was done.
And yes, anybody having minimum 2 years experience is eligible. It’s just that there should be a demand of that job in australia. Please check skilled occupation list for that
For 482 work visa, the company pays for everything. There is no cost that we have to bear. I did not pay even a rupee

Thank you so much .. I got a job offer as a Chef under the TSS visa but I was overwhelmed with the paperwork 📑 and didn’t know where to start , they need references, pay slips .. I worked in different places, do they need all different payslips and references.. some places we didn’t get payslips.. please tell me what I can do 😢
You need to contact all each employers and email them ask for the references and payslips. Very important!
