But why then evil people usually win in this world? Why so much corruption and displaced people??

They get away with because they're not afraid of the consequences. Or, they don't think of them. Or, good people are afraid to stop evil people. It's also possible that good people aren't aware of it or they choose not to think about. According to him it's because the have a limited identity. Unfortunately there's not much that can about it in the grand scheme of things. Nothing legal anyway. Best to simply focus on your own state of being and not be involved. Because the chips will fall where they may. Again, not much that can be done.
