In my opinion, this is one of Gong best tracks. It's so trippy and at the same time you have a funky type of jazz theme going through most of this piece of brilliant music.
I specifically was looking for something like this with this song and it was uploaded just one week ago! No doubt that's a message from the planet Gong
Happy I found this amazing video. I've always wanted to see something like this to Flying Teapot and you made my dream come true. Thanks Peter. How about doing 'You never blow yr trip forever' from the album YOU?
wow yeah that would be a good one to animate ... right now I am trying to get somethging together for ' You cant Kill me' :) ... but yeah never blow yer trip .... when yer trip is blown is trippy :)
Love the visuals dude! But I think this is the alternate mix. All the performances are the same; the same notes, but a very different sound. I have the original Virgin LP and this sounds like it's perhaps the Charly mix. Quite different. Tim Blake features much more prominently in the Virgin mix. Perhaps I need to post that one on my channel... [edit] ok, here it is czcams.com/video/0YYCBaBNmoA/video.html ... wow, the mix is even more radically different than I thought! Same notes though! So strange...
Remember see Gong on tour in the 80s. Full of “Tea”. Amazing 🤩
Oh that 'Tea' yeah had plenty of those cups of tea. Especially around UK autumn time when there was an abundance of mushrooms that we could forage😂
