      Valentin Outlaw
Jimmy Iovine and INTERSCOPE didn't have the money or legal power to bail Tupac out because the parent company wouldn't give them the permission or money. Tupac's 3rd album wasn't out yet so he was in debt to the label already for the advance money they paid to get the ME AGAINST THE WORLD album made. The ME AGAINST THE WORLD album came out in March of 1995 and they got the judge to approve him for bail in May of 1995. Getting bailed out for appeal of a conviction is harder, takes longer and is more expensive than an innocent person posting bail. He was a Convicted Sex Offender. Tupac got me in the door to work with label as soon as he signed in 1991 and I've been working with them ever since. The companies had been helping Tupac with his numerous legal battles since his first album and that album didn't make Tupac any money and his second album did a little better but he still didn't have enough money to live right because he had more than 20 court cases and was sued in civil court several times because he got in trouble too much. Tupac was in trouble for four years straight all across the nation and it was messing up business relationships and money for everyone. Tupac's music was already under fire and being protested, even blamed for inspiring the killer of a police officer. Tupac became a liability instead of an asset to all people involved including himself. When Tupac was convicted of sexual abuse, which in business is worse than murder, it was the last straw and the parent company couldn't/wouldn't take the risk anymore. Jimmy, Tom Whalley, and Suge were his only support and they pleaded with the company to advance Suge and Tupac the money for bail. That money was a LOAN they didn't recoup the ME AGAINST THE WORLD advance money yet. Tupac didn't know that much about the business at that time. It takes at least a year for an artist to get paid good money from sales even if it's PLATINUM. Artists don't get rich from record sales unless you sell more than 5 MILLION albums. Jimmy and INTERSCOPE paid $300,000 DEATH ROW paid $250,000 the remainder was Advanced by the parent company. The proof is on my channel. It's a newspaper article of the bail hearing details and my company memo I got from the label after the judge's ruling in 1995. All of that doesn't matter because it Tupac would have lived after being shot he was going right back to prison on a violation for the fight with Orlando Anderson and the state of New York keeps the $1.4 MILLION in bail money. So the TIME WARMER we right about it being too much of a risk paying his bail. If you don't know the Law and Business like we do you won't understand and will start making up false accusations. If Tupac felt he was done wrong him and his mother wouldn't have kept a good business relationship with Jimmy and Tom until the day they died. Years before she died she made Tom the trustee of Tupac's estate and music so his sister would get all of Tupac's money.

DAVID E. KENNER = DEATH ROW RECORDS ATTORNEY 1991-2000.
-" David Kenner was admitted to practice in the State of California in 1968 and has devoted the last 4 ½ decades handling literally thousands of State and Federal criminal matters across the country. Whether in pre trial motions, in trial, at appeal, seeking extra ordinary relief, or fighting for prisoner’s rights, Mr. Kenner honed his courtroom skills to a fine edge.
In addition to all of the State matters he has handled, Mr. Kenner has developed a large part of his practice devoted to the litigation of complex criminal, quasi-criminal, and civil litigation most typically opposing government counsel. He has tried cases against US attorneys, district attorneys, attorneys general, and has confronted in litigation the FBI, DEA, CIA, ATF, organized crime, OCIDEF Task Force cases, government contracting fraud, and many others.
Mr. Kenner was defense counsel in the first Federal drug king pin case brought in the United States, a host of 848, 846, and 841 cases and a number of money laundering cases including the largest DEA undercover money laundering investigation called “Operation Polar Cap”. Mr. Kenner in that case won a dismissal for his client. Having handled nearly every kind of Federal crime including white collar crimes, weapons charges, Federal homicide cases and CFTC and SEC matters.
Mr. Kenner has also distinguished himself in the representation of every type of State crime, both misdemeanors and felonies. Mr. Kenner’s excellence is well illustrated in his representation of “Snoop Dogg” where he won an acquittal, Robert Geddyes, where his cross examination in pretrial hearings forced the district attorneys office to dismiss their first degree murder charge on the eve of trial, and most recently he and Mr. Greenfield won an acquittal in a case involving twelve counts of attempted murder filed against two members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club in the State of South Dakota.
He is considered an expert in the cross examination of government professional witnesses. Whether an instant arrest or a multi year conspiracy investigation, Mr. Kenner brings the experience, expertise and know how to level the playing field allowing the firm’s clients to receive a fair trial and the cutting edge in representation.
Mr. Kenner has enjoyed an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell for the last 35 years which rates him at “the pinnacle of professional excellence earned through a strenuous peer review rating process that is managed and monitored by the world’s most trusted legal resource”. His AV rating gives him the “highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards”.
In addition to the many of the highest profile cases that Mr. Kenner has handled as described he also strives to make the firm services available to each and every person who needs the firm’s expertise in negotiating through the dangerous waters of a criminal prosecution. Up until 2004 Mr. Kenner practiced as the Kenner Law Firm and hired and worked with a number of young attorneys always looking for that special one that would meet his requirements to become a part of this very special practice. In 2004 Mr. Kenner hired a then young attorney Brett A. Greenfield. In short order Mr. Kenner recognized the unique skill set, aggressiveness, maturity and understanding that he was seeking in a person to partner with to keep the firm ongoing. Since then Mr. Greenfield has become a partner in the firm, now Kenner & Greenfield, and as is clear from his bio below has not disappointed in not only meeting but exceeding all of these expectations. Mr. Greenfield now brings his own additional and individual value to this dynamic law firm.
In those cases where it is appropriate Mr. Kenner and Mr. Greenfield combine both years of experience and youthful exuberance in a way that brings the best of all worlds to the client.

Interscope loved Tupac. They believed in him and signed him. The root of Tupac's problem started with his affiliation with the NYC gangsters. Although he was repeatedly warned by Biggie, Tyson and his half brother Mopreme, he chose to be friends with Jimmy Henchman and his crew. His sexual assault charge was because of them and Henchman orchestrated the beatdown at Quad which made him vengeful because he was shot. Those two incidences made Tupac very dark and angry and rightfully so. Ask anyone who knew him at that time, once he went to jail he was never the same and ultimately he signed his life away to Death Row 8 months later. 9 months later he was dead...
