Whoa, his fish cutting skill is good but their selling method is more interesting. The way he kept adding fish into the baskets made buyers feel a lot but actually, just the first baskets were more than the after ones. I think their sales skill is amazing.

This is a very nice fish market that is clean, the owners are friendly, and they are selling high quality products to a large crowd. They are obviously quite popular with their local clientele.
In contrast, I watched a video earlier depicting an open air seafood market in a certain country where Islam governs all behaviors. For reasons I am not privy to, every primarily Muslim country has serious issues regarding personal hygiene of food handlers processing seafood, and they lack critical components for the safe consumption of ocean caught foods. The video was just one of hundreds like it.
No running water, no garbage collection points, in fact, fish guts and unused parts are simply thrown in the dirt while they cut fish on highly porous wood stumps that are never cleaned and impossible to sterilize between shifts.
In addition to the clouds of flies laying eggs on the fish throughout the day, the men cutting the fish practice no hand washing or organized division of the product to keep rotting piles of meat and guts away from meat to be sold once they finish cutting and bagging it up. One additional issue I find personally nauseating is their clothing, which has layer upon layer of blood, fish slime and whatever else splatters them while they work and I have been told by locals they never wash their working garments because they feel it's a waste of time.
There are obvious socioeconomic strata or castes whether official or informal, but it boggles the mind there are no government enforcement agencies to ensure food safety and to either operate a trash service or contract one using laws requiring certification.
I guess it shouldn't be too surprising considering religion is the law and 3rd grade education in many Muslim countries is the last year many, or most people are lucky to complete.
