Kitchen wall aur bathroom wall ke liye 300x600mm Ceramic tiles best option rahega.budget me b milega.
Wall ke liye Vitrified tiles lagana costly padega.
Actually no need to use Vitrified Tiles for wall purpose, if u want you can but Ceramic tiles are best options for wall purpose

Ya slim Conceiled tank 4.2-6 inches ke beech me aata hai. 5inch ke wall me Installation karna difficult hoga.

Is flush push button with no water storage a good option?
Flush valve dont have any storeage tank ,flush valve directly connected with pluming pipe system. No high pressure required in case u fix Flush Valve ,If u fix Conceiled flush tank the u required bit high pressure connection.

Tripathi Ji, it's purely depend upon the weight , height of your body.
Always try to prefer Floor Mounted Commode like One Piece or two piece with Oval shape or round shape ,are the comfortable as per my opinion.

U gan go with wall of round shape and a well oval shape. If u r bathroom is small then go for round shape and if it is bigger then go for oval shape
