I wish some school teachers taught you how to effectively take notes, to remember them. Rather than just writing everything down word for word. Just to forget it the next day. It would've been useful to know before, but at least I know now...

"I am rubbish at taking notes. And when I do take notes I never refer back to them at a later date. I have mental health problems. 😐 I live alone. I do not have a Community Psychiatric Nurse. Also, my hand-writing is so bad it turns me off. I always use cheap Pens to write. Am a loser. I need to get on top of things. I need to get my confidence back. I need to find myself."
