good response-well, why I got doubt for this item is that maida as well as atta(gehu)poweder is mixed(2 powders). But I saw in so many hotels there are using maida only. In some hotels when I ate parota, it is more just like your parata, but in some hotels it is not like that., once again thanks
As a school kid growing up in a small village near Madurai, I always stop at a Malayali run restaurant to eat breakfast on the way to school. He served this Malabar paratha & lamb qorma for a rupee. That was a long time ago......... Yummy !

Thank you!! Yes you can use only wheat flour for it. Knead the dough for 5-6 minutes for making it stretchy so you can get maida's dough texture.
