That is odd getting static when both are on. I was getting static because I was using cheap Lavalier mics. What I see you are using the built in mic. Do you have the pad on or off? Try testing it with that and check the mic levels. Also split the audio so it records on left and the other on the right.

There’s fire restrictions in Az during summer. Lots of shooting spots have brass goblins that drive around a collect which is nice

Alabama is a very good 2a state also, as well as GA and FL
