How to load a film in a P&S

I got a question from a user who watched the video on the Pentax 60x and bought that exact model of camera and asked me how to load a film in it ; this an answer in video to this question / the method can be applied to a load of P&S cameras of the 90'S

What kind of film am I supposed to buy? I have never use a camera like this before
