@@SecuritySpecial So I rang Kenny like you suggested and you were right, he kept saying ‘3,2,1, and you’re back in the room’…. I said ‘ but I’m trying to get out of the room- that’s why I’m ringing you” but he just changed the subject and said ‘ I can sense your granny coming through from the ‘other side’ with a message” - I said “ Which Granny ? He said ‘ whichever ones dead’ I said ‘They’re both still alive’ He said ‘ah flip’ and hung up…. Call me cynical but I’m not sure he’s as good a spirit medium hypnotist as he’s cracked up to be. Anyway, thanks for your advice.

I consider myself as not a creative person but open minded. I was sceptic at first, because no hypnosis worked on me. But this was a fist time something I can't explain worked on me. AMAZING
If you ever get a chance- see him live. He tricked/wiped about 15 seconds of memory from at least 70% of a 1000+ audience. Absolutely mental!

Ah, the giraffe one was very similar to when he did the BMX gift performance. "Giraffe a favourite toy", giraffe print on the walls, the balcony is cut out to match a giraffes spots, a miniature giraffe in the dolls house etc. Very clever.

If you want to find out some of the tricks, listen to the preamble on the slowest speed.
Ive been stuck to my seat for 10 years. Ive tried suing but they keep telling me i need to be there in person. I hope i can get up soon
Some people aren't susceptible to hypnosis at all. I seem to be one of them. 🤷 However the subliminal suggestions do work on me. On one of these YT videos, he managed to influence me to imagine a card. It worked! I was surprised!
Derren, buddy, I tries to tell ya, just because you got to play Zork on an Amiga voice-to-text headset that barely had the lexicon of a well trained dog, doesn't mean people obey verbal commands like they're some kind of mind control drone. Remember, you're on television, but that doesn't mean you are a television.
But yeah, I know some of it is scientifically founded and does work. Incidentally, that's why I'm imploring you to decry criminal and malicious misuse of techniques like these. There are groups online demonstrating practices which can be used to commit fraud and identity theft. Furthermore, I've personally had to assist women sexually assaulted after being placed under duress or otherwise maliciously coerced. These are crimes, and people should be appalled and put them to a stop.

I put it on high res and tried 3 times. I really tried to be open to it, but it just didn't quite work :/ I wonder why. I did feel resistance when trying to get up, when I was sort of trying but not fully, but as soon as actually tried, I got up easily with no resistance. It felt kinda like a part of my brain thought I was stuck, so I just used another to get up. It would be fun to be completely stuck tho.

This episode was created many years ago and it aired on television CZcams was still very low res back then. But I also think he wants peoples full focus on the episode from beginning to end which is exactly what happened when it was watched when it was broadcasted. On the internet people tend to jump around not giving things their full attention.
If you sit down and watch this episode from beginning to end giving it your full attention it will work if you are someone that can be hypnotized. If it does not work on you than you must be someone that cannot be hypnotized.
cool Show Derren, i didnt become stuck but i have a disroder where i cant keep my eyes open for more than a couple seconds without them being in pain, so this is part why it didnt work on me. Im kinda glad it didnt work, bcoz i have an appoitnment to keep today, but im a risk taker and like to push the envelope.

As he said, it’s not hypnosis, it’s just suggestion.
All TV is hypnosis, all shows, ads, commercials hypnotize you including movies.

Not everyone can be hypnotized. It just means that you are not very susceptible tot he power of suggestion. It is also highly likely that you are not susceptible to the placebo effect.
