    Dear doctor 🌹 may i know if these steps are correct because if not would u correcr for me :
    1) find the canal by k file 10
    2) orifice opener 3 mm
    3)adjust estimation W.L from the table like for example MB canal is 22 mm so adjust to 22 mm and start the glide path
    4) take acutal W.L with 10 and 15 Files
    5) start your rotary files
    6)if your last rotary file is 30 .. bring k file #30 and adjust to W.L for recapitulation
    7)make your last patency with file k#10 after the recapitulation
    8) start obturation procedure

    Sir in video you said 10 no followed by rotary. Won't it put lot of pressure on 4% rotary
    How many times you use a rotary file?
    Also you never use 15 no or 20 number hand files?

    • @Endocrisps
      @Endocrisps  Před 4 lety +4

      Hi
      I had a habit of preparing canals till #20 hand file in initial days. But I found #15 and #20 are stiff instruments for molars.
      If you wish to use them, first put rotary file after #10, don't take it to working length if you are feeling pressure. Then use #15, then take rotary file further till WL.
      This will decrease the chances of procedural errors like straightening of canals, ledge etc.
      Regards

    Sir, some time or every time 20 no. 4%gp does not match same no.n same taper file prepared canal , gp. Does not reach till apex ..how I can come out this problem sir ..

    • @Endocrisps
      @Endocrisps  Před 4 lety

      This is common problem with heat treated or especially with NeoEndo files. When they become old like after 3 cases, they reach to apex but don't cut the dentin on walls.
      In this case, either prepare the canal till 25, 4% or use a new 20, 4% file for preparation.
      Sometimes this is because of bad quality GPs also as they bend in between before reaching WL

    • @Endocrisps

      It happens in curved canals. Its better to prepare these canals with rotary.
