Man i remember my sister braiding my hair like this when i was young. Those braids were so tight. I cried the whole damn time. Ive never let anyone braid my hair again. These are beautifully done though.❤
My mine challenges are that my granddaughter wants me to braid her hair, but she is so tender headed and wines the whole time. Secondly, as you stated straight hair tends to tangle more during braiding. Because she wines so much, I tend to rush, but I then find that the ends of her long hair braid themselves at the same time, which causes more wining while working on detangling the ends. Thanks for the tips. I definitely see that rushing is not better as it causes tangles and detangling as I go is totally worth it.
I love it! Would you recommend a specific product for straight hair? I bought braiding jam and I just notice it’s for curly hair, my daughter’s hair is silky and straight.
Great video and great tips ❤ I personally tried braiding my friends hair, as I wanted to give her two dutch braids. However I got upset and gave up because her hair is silky, coarse, and thick. I wanna get into braiding as a side thing, but I have no patience lol. I love the work that you do 🎉
If braiding has taught me anything it's PATIENCE 😂 Thank you so much! Find a simple style and master it...than go from there so your patience can build.
@@NiqueLynn and should be her last. My personal opinion no need to get defensive you did a good job. But if she don't want those thin edges gone permanently she need not to make braids a regular thing 🤷🏾♀️
@@NiqueLynn the facts remain the same. Are u saying braids do not damage edges? Wether your black, Chinese, Hispanic, indian or white? Wether it's your client or not? Those braids are tight af and her edges appear to be fragile ma'am 🤷🏾♀️

Exactly, detangling prior and during is key 🙂
This is Fab❤
Thank you so much! 😍
Loved it.
Thank you, i was trying to figure out the best jam to use on my son hair, he has really staright hair.
Glad I could help! 😍
This is beautiful. I have a few clients with straight textured hair. I used the cream of nature flexible style snot. I never tried the shine and jam.
Thank you so much! I think you'll love it. It has a soft hold so it works well for fine hair. I also like Neat Braid for thicker hair.
Wow ❤❤❤❤

White girl losing her edges already 🤣 leave them braids alone. But they super cute
People can have fine edges for a multiplicity of reasons. This was actually her 1st time getting braids like this.

@@alizehustle9385 I certainly welcome opinions on my videos but will also defend my clients when being made fun of.
