Jrue didn’t just make the defensive play, he recovered from tripping, went into the steal and hit clutch free throws.
Exactly 💯. That was major

Same what he did on smart when he is still in the bucks

With all due respect, Jrue got shoved back from a stiff arm. He didn't trip. But he was clutch.
I loved seeing Tatum showing some emotion tonight. I wanna see that every game
So True I need Tatum so have the same emotion I got in my living room 😂
Shows emotion every game. Needs to stay confident and shoot better consistently
He's emotional every game. It's just usually frustration and not passion. He's a superstar though so that pressure is different.
He's waking up for finals
Why?
This is exactly the game i wanted the Celtics to win before the Finals. A come back from an 18 point deficit, where the starters played locked in defense and stayed composed on offense. This is the kind of basketball that kept the Celtics over achieving during their rebuild.

This isn’t any real pressure one can honestly say they’re playing with fire being in all these close games with such a weak team even with Hali

Indiana's depth was on full display last night but Boston's experience and will to win was the deciding factor.
I'm a Celtics fan & I never advocate for people losing their job. Even still, Rick carlisle has to be held accountable for his mistakes. He's made a lot of them this series.

I feel like if tatum can get a ring this year he'll come back next year an take his game to a whole new level. I think the pressure of having to win messes with him sometimes and if he can get past that I think he'll start really going off
True. He often plays with a lot of weight on his shoulders.

Seeing how many fans turn on him for being "soft" and "not tough talking" and not seeing how he sacrificed some of his game to make the team better. The moment the Pacers benched their starters in Game Two with a quarter to go and still within reach (as Boston proved today) showed that they didn't deserve to be there. Quitting like that only brings the karma.
Well, that is so true. Indiana Pacers is a team that just doesn't belong in NBA.

Milwaukee never should’ve let Jrue Holiday leave. He‘s a solid defensive player that is also capable for knocking down 3-pointers.
He's a way better fit in Boston because he doesn't have to be their second or third top scorer every night while organizing the offense and leading the defense as the POA defender. Jrue also looks way more comfortable in this role than he has on any team's offense he's been a part of.
This is the difference with this years Celtics compared to last few years is that we win these close games now, I’m previous years we would’ve lost game 1 and 3 and been down 2-1
Carlisle should b beyond the officiating questions, he knows that stuff evens out, it was a clean steal from Holiday at the end.
Coach Carlisle is a crying, whining menace
Jrue has been such a step up from Marcus Smart. People concentrate on Porzingis, but for my $ Jrue has been the biggest addition to the Celts. They struggled in close late game situations in the past, now they are thriving in them. He has poise, timely shooting, very strong passer, elite defense and is a great leaeder. And they lockd him up to a 3 year extension. Brad Stevens certainly earned GM of the year.
Even when they shouldn't they still win. Celtics are on fire.
This year's team is different. Winning games they couldn't win in years past. Talk about battle tested 💯

I'm a Knicks fan too and we gotta respect the Pacers for being in every game during this series. They could have folded, especially after Haliburton got hurt.
The Pacers did have a chance is the thing. They quite literally beat themselves by having all time choke jobs in games 1 & 3. That’s a part of their inexperience and youth though. This is what Boston went through for so long, and their experience is showing up in clutch time. Pacers will be much better next year because of this playoff run. Pacers are playing the Celtics much better than the Knicks would have been able to because of all their injuries.
