Martin’s show was the best in the 90’s I was hooked on to it since the first episode I saw....I felt a great deal of sadness watching his last episode...that’s when I realized he had made a great impact in my life...it was not just another comedy show...he kept it real and he made it to your heart.
I am glad and happy for him that the show went syndicated because decades later we can once again enjoy his talent, I love all his characters he is a genius a way underrated genius. His talent is priceless

The 90s had some very good Sitcoms starting with Martin, Living Single and Becker. What a great decade for Sitcoms. I don't even watch regular network television anymore. I mostly watch MSNBC, CNN, HGTV, Inspire Network, TVLand or the Travel Channel these days. But I do still love to watch the old Sitcoms every once and a while.
One think I like about Jimmy Fallon is he is hip to a lot of things the other comedians aren't hip to. Leno and Letterman are just too damn old. You know they never watched an episode of Martin or know anything about Jerome or Dragon Fly Jones.
Jimmy Kimmel and Conan are funny, but they seem to ignore a huge area of comedy.
Jimmy Fallon appreciates shows like Martin. He does things that a lot of people from the 90's appreciate, like the Saved By The Bell Reunion. He has all of the traditional people on his show like Denzel Washington, Robert DeNiro, Tom Cruise, etc, but he also has guys like Chris Rock and Martin...and unlike Leno or Letterman, has actually seen their work and appreciates it.

Till this day I still watch "Martin". I just love the show. When it was on back in the days I would watch it from a hard and long day at work and it will pick me up and then I hit the gym. Now, I watch it on here even though I have the collection on DVD. I still love watching the show.
