Anything really, depending on your personal taste and mood. The chicken one would be nice with some gravy on the side and coleslaw. The pea and broccoli one with some egg curry and the mushroom one with creamed spinach and mbuzi dry fry. This is all subject to change as one is encouraged to pair as per their taste :)

Question about cooking rice:
Is it possible to maintain the quality of cooked basmati rice with something like jasmine rice? It's the only kind I can get whose source I trust. What are your tips for cooking the perfect rice of any kind of rice?

That never seems to work for me. I always end up with mushy rice if it is not basimati.

soaking then washing the rice till the water is clear (not cloudy)also helps
