From what I've heard ropz was one of the players for whom money was at least an as big factor than the project ( heard it from legit sources aka neL )

Is it a significant amount difference? I think it's a no brainer to leave mouz unless they were offering like 1.5x+ the amount of FaZe.

P.S. In case anyone from the tech team is reading these comments, the audio compression is somewhat brutal, when people start talking the volume is really high for a split second before it kicks in then it drops very low. E.g. 2:30:26 when Chad says "MAYbe" ... 2:30:42 P_CS says "PLAYtime" (it actually distorts on this one). Sounds like it's set up for a drum kit rather than lovely humans ;)

When liquid won it there were 3 or 4 teams competing at the same time now it's 6 or 7. I hope faze reaches 3rd spot and competes against vitality and Navi has the most balanced roster of them all I feel like

Sure G2 can mold jackz into a support player, but like.. why even bother when amanek, a top tier support player, is right there? Like..??? Someone explain this to me. Is the plan supposed to be to have 5 entry fraggers? Cause if 5 entry fraggers get an entry, they win the round? Bruh.
Obviously I can't judge a team properly without seeing them play, but this just feels odd.
- Jackz, - Nexa, + Aleksi + Monesy. Amanek is the support player, Aleksi can be the aggressive/entry igl he likes to be.
- Amanek, + Monesy, keep Nexa. Jackz entrys, Nexa fills the support rolls.
Either of these make sense but they did some kind of weird mix, idk they’ve created so many potential issues for themselves.

Its much much easier to mold a support player than it is to moul a decent no shits given entry.
it was explained with hunter in his hltv interview. He said that the energy behind PCs Jackz brings is much more important. He is like the guy who makes better atmosphere in the team

I have a strong feeling that in addition to believing Drop has a huge potential, Furia wants to play Dust2. Yuri, Art and Kscerato love Dust2 and hate Overpass. Vini was the one who hated Dust2. Maybe they will change their ban to ovp and they might’ve been one of the reasons.
Obviously I think the main reason is Drop’s potential, but I’m excited to see if they change their map pool

I understand why you would think this is the last dance because they are older etc etc. The whole thing is: the fans believe that if Fnx and Boltz fully dedicate themselves for a year they can get to top level again.
It’s like: “Let’s sacrifice a lot and not do anything other than play CS for a year and after that we can chill”. Because a lot of people actually believe they will have a shot at a major it would make sense to be “The Last Dance”.
I personally don’t believe they will be able to play Tier1 level, but few players know the game as well as these guys, I’m excited to watch.
For Vini I think it will be great. He will be absorbing knowledge from some legends for a year and can help him get out of that plateau that you guys mentioned
Chad did say something wrong. He said hit the ground running like b1t (g2 with m0nesy) but b1t didn't hit the ground running. It took him half s year or something like that to become a beast

It's to do it from the start and show good form within 1-3 months and to figure out how and what to do pretty quickly. B1T actually looked pretty out of depth when he joined as a 6th and was transitioning to a permanent 5th he had to learn to crawl then stand on his own 2 feet and now he is popping heads like it's nobody's business
it took him 3-4 months since he was signed fulltime
The only questions about this EG roster are whether Stewie will be able to implement his strats better in EG and, whether Rush can play in the form he showed in C9 and early Col.
He was never a good igl just a great mid round caller , he needs someone as the main igl

I don't get it. Feel like this vitality roster will be top 5 from the start, not saying they'll just keep getting better, but don't see how people can be so down when they have a player like zywoo. And for the first time zywoo has other players that could put up big numbers. Misutta and apex speaks fine English, and as Apex said, doesn't really matter for zywoo.
its different cultures, different regions could also have different names for callouts, plus both sides have to get used to comming in english. these little things can easily be overcame but it could also break the team believe it or not.
@@sk8rissk8in idk, maybe it's because I came from watching R6S, where their Astralis like group, with a team of 5 Europeans from 4 different countries. But I feel like this won't be as big of a deal with just french and danish players.
+ they planned this very well with a lot of team building like they just did on the french mountains. A lot of bootcamps and the Danish staff went to Vitality as well
+ Zywoo hasn't peaked yet, his skill ceiling is way too high
So hyped for these NA teams. Worried about the shox move but could be nice in spots. EG got me hot tho with auti and stew

Spunj I dont know if you know this, but Sprout could very well still be German. Now i dont know if they made a statement that they will be english speaking, but all countries you mentioned... They speak German. Luxemburgers, Polish (often), Danes (often) and well... Germans. So Its actually a somewhat flexible position to be in.
I don't feel like replacing nexa with aleksib is any advantage. Nexa is already good for the team

people say kato 14 holos are the best investmenrt in csgo. However, in reality ropz was the best investment in csgo. Mouz made St0nks
Jacks over amanek makes ZERO sense with the other two roster changes. If they had kept nexa over aleksi then maybe, but amanek even has higher stats (0.99 vs 0.93 in 2021 against top 20 teams).
Feel like they’ve handicapped this potentially brilliant roster…
The reason behind it was because of the energy Jackz brings to the team and he will be the main entry of the team. Heard in an interview with Hunter that his energy and positivity was much more important to the team than what Amanek brought. I feel like Aleksi is going to bring a really good structure and change to the team. Something Nexa didn't really do well.

Monesy has the most to prove, as he was so eager to move to tier 1 at such a young age. Wish him the best of luck, but lets hope bad communication doesn't have the most impact on his performance. He is a good player in academy teams, but moving to tier1 where most players are more experienced, and ofc played vs simple and other great awpers, feels like he is going to have a very tough time when facing top teams. Can already see Shiro just destroying him in a map, or zywoo doing insane flicks. Lets not forget simple, and how he is just going to have his time with monesy.
He doesnt really need to stick with zywoo or s1mple, because they are in a league of their own. Especially in his rookie year. Why would anyone put the pressure of having to beat s1mple or zywoo on a rookie. I think the best case scenario he beats Shiro in 2022 top 20.
@@jaskatin highly doubt he will beat Shiro. Shiro pretty much outclassed simple and zywoo at maps, but mostly when online.

People who think like this are the issue, not what monesy can and can't do. What monesy has to do is just hit his shots with the awp. G2 have more than enough star players in the face of NiKo and maybe hUnter to take that spotlight away from him. He just needs to be better on the awp than amanek and G2 won't have issues. But if people expect him to start knifing and 360 no-scoping top-tier players, need a reality check. This won't happen.

Faze should've replaced rain with stew tbh. I've really wanted to see a real (in form) igl try and use stew's talents. Unfortunately, Fallen wasn't really able to do that.
He did stay for the money. EG fucked it up. Apparently, they were not willing to committ long term to NAF and he wanted stability. He hinted at that himself.

I don't believe they will swap nexa for aleksib. It doesn't make sense, nexa speaks the same language as do your 2 best players. If they've already signed monesy, I think they'll go for yekindar.
Events are starting in 2 weeks so yekindar joining looks unlikely. As for the aleksi-nexa swap, im sure its confirmed at this point.

aleksib is such a good decision in my eyes. they already got 3 insane riflers and an awp star, all they need now is structure and aleksib is the best player to get them all on the same page. People forget how good of an igl aleksib is, he literally transformed OG, a team with no fire power at all, into a real danger just by using insane defaults and crazy strats. He's like the crazy mind behind an insane beast.
