I really wish they wouldn't include African Proteas in native Australian arrangements and bouquets. It doesn't teach people anyone about our native botany and confuses the 'native' angle. We have so much wonderful diversity, we don't need to include them.

Well said. So many people now think that Leucospermums are native! It's mis-educational. I would never buy a "native" arrangement that included them.
