Indeed , it was Alfred Dame who frustrated the third accused person Jakpa and this angered the accused to say what he said and later supported it with the audio. Feeling embarrassed Alfred Dame left the court through the back door. Caused his spoke person to release a statement rubbishing the third accused. Then left the country later .To be fate, the tape was released in his absence but the statement was made in his presence in open court
