Wow thank God for you sis? I've been intimated to make a coat but you make it look simple.
Holy crap this is fabulous!❤ I was thinking it would be awesome if you considered making like a fashion collection in the style of "✨Rich Auntie✨" 😍 I would love that 😍😍😍
Omg you absolute queen 😍😍😍
I’m here first! Can’t wait to watch!
Waaaaaw!!! What I wanted
Just to point something out- the angled shape of the sleeve hem allowance is not random. It should be a mirror of the underarm line slope. It is best achieved by folding the pattern on the hem line and tracing the underarm line unto the hem allowance. When you flip the hem open, you will then have the correct angled shape.
you are the best we all. love you so much thank you for your Beautiful video
I made a floor length blazer similar to this with a thick satin fabric back in 2019. My first challenge was putting in the collar, which I ended up not adding, the darts at the back made moving my arms impossible and the sleeves were too short and I didn't have enough fabric to fix them🙆♀️🤦♀️. It gave me so much stress, I just threw it at the bottom of my washing basket and I haven't worked on it since. 🙈
❤❤❤
😘😘😘😘😘 thank you sisi
❤❤❤ good

Bravo ma belle😊❤️😍
You always make pattern making seems easy: truth is, is not for the faint hearted.....thanks for being selfless
شكرا جزيلا لكي،🇩🇿🇩🇿🌷🌷👍👍👍🤝🤝🌹
Hello @kim, can i use fabric like Ankara for this project?
Yes you can! You might have to add interfacing for the collar part so it stands well
Am gonna try this with a good shot
Where can I send this ?
You can send an email to kimdavdesigns@gmail.com or tag me on social media @kimdavedesigns
i want to make all of these but it would be so much easier if i had the cloth and a sewing machine
Can you make a vedio how to make patterrn of shrug dress
Now, what's the best length for a petite person?
I would recommend your measurement yourself or the client for the best outcome.
The coat length is ankle length
You know, when someone asks you a question in the comments, don't just like it. Kindly answer. It's really off-putting and comes off as rude. Sometimes I go through your comments and I come across tons of unanswered questions that you've "liked" and left. I've asked you two questions in previous videos. No answer.
Hi Laura. Thank you for your message and constant support. I try to respond to as many comments as possible and have even responded to some of your past comments. I am one person manning majority of my work and it's not always possible to reply to every single comment. Thank you for your understanding 😊

Girl this tutorial ain't it
You miss out on important details and sometimes it's hard to make out the words you're saying probably because you don't speak directly to the mic
I'm halfway through and idk if Ill finish this.
I know this will be a very popular video. The coat Mrs. Obama wore was 🔥🔥. You did an awesome job recreating it!!
