Well you could do Pinkielovania preferably the Magpiepony version with voice acting as you would be the second person to do that reaction that I know of. You could also do Elements of Insanity but that is a long video.
What if it's just a certain part of a episode? You could maybe put a link to the video you used, and maybe only use a clip from it. Idk how copyright works. If this could be a potential option, can they react to the clip of mlp where what was talked/sung about actually happened? Like when Luna turned into Nightmare Moon, to when Celestia defeated her? It's fine if you don't want to take chances tho.
