All hot sauces have a small percentage of alcohol in them, it happens when you ferment.
The first two hot sauces you drank had alcohol in it, but you just used it as an excuse to avoid the third one.

depends on how much percent tbh, as muslims, if it is extremely small percentage they usually do not mention it on ingredients as it is tooo little to even mention as an ingredient it is fine, even bread has alchohol in it, but if it above a certain percent like 0.5% alchohol (idk the exact number) then u cant have it.
