    Great video! Really helpful.
    I do have a question however, do you have any recommendations of places to buy fonts from? A lot of the websites look kinda scammy.
    Thanks a lot!

    Great Video. Can we upload Color Font Files and use it with the default colors in the TTF?

      Oh great question! I'm not sure if they support color font files yet.

      The brand kit has changed a bit bit you can still upload fonts there or directly from the font menu. Hope that helps!

    Hey! are Da Font website fonts okay to import and use for card marking ??:)

    • @LocalCreative

      It totally depends on the font license. You want to make sure you have the ability to use the fonts for commercial use if you run a business for example. Hope that helps!

    Love this! So informative! I do have a question of licenses. Which license would I purchase if I wanted to use the font for business logo/prints and website?

    • @LocalCreative
      @LocalCreative  Před rokem

      That would be a desktop license. If the font is used as an image (i.e. logo, or print) that would be desktop/print license. If the font is used on your website (i.e. actual words typed into your website) that is a web license where the price often depends on the number of page views your site gets each month. Definitely check with the place you're buying the font from as licenses can differ. Hope that helps!

    I don't have a tools option or a brand kits on my menu. However, I do have the Pro version of Canva. Can you help?

      If you login to Canva.com you should see your "Brand Hub" (they changed the name recently) on the left column. Hope that helps!

    Hi! What a great explanation! I love it. If I have a font included in the website builder (so I don't need to purchase a web licence), but I would like to use it on Canva, what type of licence do I need? Is it the web licence?

    • @LocalCreative
      @LocalCreative  Před rokem

      My guess it that would be a desktop license but it depends on the font company. Desktop license typically covers images for social media, print etc.. Hope that helps!

    • @LocalCreative

      Hmm you could try a ttf file instead! Any font you purchase will likely come with both options.
