She is truly an artist. The song, dedicated to the great Caruso, simply tells about the pain and longings of a man who is about to die while he is looking into the eyes of a girl who was very dear to him. The man is speaking with dying breath.

Lara re-wrote her song, "Broken Vow" with French lyrics specifically for Jackie who recorded it on her first studio album produced by David Foster at age 10, titled "Imaginer". The original meaning of the song, about a sad love, is completely changed in the French version to describe a dream of a peaceful world.
Jonathan & Charlotte were 17 when they performed this song and blew the BGT audience away.

Jackie is one in a million. I have watched and listened to this performance a hundred times, and it always takes me away. She has been performing since she was 10 and has had quite a career as a classical crossover artist She was 17 yrs old here, I believe. Woow.. 16 years old, amazing voice.. Interesting soprano tone , good technique. This song is really difficult to sing.. Needs a lot of breath control and dynamic.. She is good so far.. Not a perfect Italian pronunciation, but of course she is not native language.. Good job really.

She is the youngest solo artist to ever go Platinum on an album in the US at 10-years old and the youngest to ever debut in the top 10 in the Billboard 200 peaking at #2. I thought Amira retired from performing. We haven't heard a thing from her in years. I know the amazing Jackie Evancho sold millions of albums, did Amira ever make a record? Shame be nice if she had made an album, in Europe classical music is a gold mine!
