And it's already not very worthwhile after reaching 270%
The Raiden would be MUCH stronger if he traded in about 50% ER for Crit Rate and Crit Damage, of which Rate, he's really lacking in.
This is mostly just a whale build with too little focus on crit to be consistent.
It's mostly impressive because of the amount of money it costed.

For the best build its recommended that you have 200 - 250% energy recharge

Raiden regains full burst energy after a single rotation with anything over 225%ER. For Engulfing Lightning’s passive, anything over 287%ER is wasted, and with Emblem set, anything over 300% is also wasted.
And he must have a lot of attack thanks to engulfing converting that much ER to atk.
And also electro bonus thanks to her high ER and talent.
Give her c2 as well..and she probably hits very hard even when she doesnt crits. Bad CR though...

it's always best to go 200-250 er on raiden, it's just not worth it to go that high if you crit once a year.

With engulfing she is capped at 270ER, beyond that it’s just negative value because she will lack a lot of atk and her crit stat with 36cr which is useless. It’s a 1/10 build stats wise but it will clear floor 12 😂. Their raiden will be so much better with 260-270ER and 70/90 crit (minimum 70cr for a dps,cd comes after)
