Looks like a big BBQ smoker. There's too much water flow for goldfish/koi, they like a calm pond. I'm not sure why you need a roof on it, because that won't allow plants to grow. But if you're just using this to keep some fish until you eat them, this seems satisfactory.... but then the window isn't necessary.
