Seperate 1/4 cup pasta water
For the Sauce
Butter : 2 tbsp
Flour/ maida: 1 tbsp
Chicken powder: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper: 1 tsp
Salt: to taste
Red chilli flakes: 1 tsp
Oregano: 1 tsp
Milk: 1,1/2 cup
Cream : 1/4 cup
Cheese : as required
Pasta water: 2-3 tbsp
Jalapenos: optional
For chicken
Chicken: 2 fillet
Paprika: 1/2 tsp
Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Salt: to taste
Red Chili: 1tsp
Chilli falkes: 1/2 tsp
Vinegar: 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce: 1/2 tsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Oil: for frying 1 tsp
