The World Non-Formal Education Forum is an international platform convened by World Scouting in collaboration with UNICEF, UNFPA and the OSGEY involving more than 70 leading international organisations, youth organisations and UN entities working on non-formal education and youth development. Over the course of three days, the Forum aims to address the joint challenges facing the sector and build more support and recognition around the role of non-formal education in the global education agenda.

Her Welcoming Address of Bill Gates in Kuwait City was wonderful,I could not believe my eyes & ears that an Arab young girl could speak English so fluently n perfectly to the demand of the occasion, from the facial expressions of Mr.Gates it was clear that he enjoyed her speech by heart and was highly surprised in a non-English land to hear such a superlative English from an Arab Young Woman! Ms. Sahara, In 2014 on the day of your graduation and your impressive speech, how did Harvard allow you to present your speech to the audience, that speech according to Harvard and the USA your speech was very controversial, I was shocked when they allow a middle eastern/Muslim and Arab women to present their speech, till this date I was very surprised they let you talk like you did in front of graduates. Job well done.
