Simple thing is that we are not at that level to attract these countries clubs.ISL and I league ko a66a karna honga and quality barana honga. Agar both clubs and National team International level pe a66a karenge like ACL, AFC cup, AFC ASEAN cup to dekhna bahar se vi contract aiga Indian players keliye. It's a simple thing.

India should develop a quality soccer system , they should not depend on other nations, the nation is big enough to achive that. But support is essential, ISL attendances are dropping , that is not good news, i live in the Netherlands, one club is officially relegated but the stadum will be filled till the last seat for the remaining games and that will be same when they will play in the lower division , they will support their club through thick and thin, it will be good for Indian soccer it that loyalty is also shown.

Biggest problem is,, ISl is overpaying the players, they cant afford to play in low wages
The fact is that, it is harder to make it to top Asian Leagues and cubs than it is to make it to tier 2/ tier 3 of european football clubs. The only way we can do this is by developing our average league's quality into one of Asia's top leagues.When that happens, this too will begin to happen. Two, there is always room for top / generational players in our leagues to go abroad, both asia and europe, but the problem there they're not gonna match the salary of ISL Clubs. No shame though, there is no inherent need to send our players abroad. We can always develop our league, bring top foreigners, and get our leagues to match those leagues by creating a proper ecosystem. You'd realise that Saudi, China amongst others don't have a lot of players playing abroad, but they do very well anyway (this is pre- saudi speding spree). So things are possible
Our current U-16 & U-17 players are very good and they can play in 1st division in top asian leagues.

Doesn't matter if we can't play in J League or K League.......indian players playing in RSL or Gulf Pro League also will bring a massive improvement atleast we'll able to secure a World Cup spot like Iran and Saudi...and then we can work those years to take I-League and ISL to the next level ..so that our players won't need to go to any other leagues

When most of the top asian countries are not keeping any fixed spot for asian players in their teams then why AIFF and ISL are following 1 asian rule for teams. For such rule players of Australia, Japan, Korea, Iraq, Iran are benefitting and earing in dollers. But their leagues dont allow Indians. AIFF and ISL should withdraw 1 asian rule so that one more Indian can get his place in team. India team is sufferring from lack of good strikers only because of these foreigners. Every team want foreign strikers primarily. At these stage of ISL we should not allow foreign playsrs in ISL. We must encourage good infrustructure and foreign coaches but play with only Indian players.

brother i am not very well versed with Football, i live here in Indonesia and always wonder why India dont play football matches with ASEAN countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and vietman..
