Great video
great video Cedric
Solid routine, I personally tend to do one arm at a time, front lateral raises, but i think that doing side lat raises with both arms simultaneously seems to be the standard
Wow within 6.30 mins he completed all shoulder routines. Shuld be the best and fastest bodybuilder
U aware he might be using lower weights to demonstrate his form etc ?
What's the name of the first beat ?
thats synthol injected into the muscle very neatly.
why is he using momentum in his side lateral raise
RIP 🙏
Man so u r telling me u made shoulder gains by doing just those 4?
Go crazy on every rep and set. Shoulders dont need that many excercises. Its a small muscle group
16 sets is fine for shoulders, you don't spend an entire session just on shoulders, it's retarded.
You're probably one of those guys who does 40 sets with zero intensity.
Train shoulders like a big muscle group. They should match your chest and quads volume. Back should be more though in my opinion
Handsome💪👏👌
Why is he so chill and the music is so poppy? Such a weird combination... The dude is calm, should have gone with calm music.
Apparently his nickname is The One. Am I the only person who calls him Big Mac?
Favorite physique. Most demotivating when it comes to training. This has to be fake.
I didn't know lil Wayne switched to bodybuilding? how did he get rid of his tattoos?
I think this is 30-35 min workout. 16 sets? That is all? I don't believe it!
Stefko Georgiev Arnold himself in the encyclopedia of bodybuilding says "the reason there are so many great bodybuilders today is because they've learned to train very intensely for a short period of time"
I was skeptical too at first but for a week just try it! I swear I had a pump for 2 hours afterwards. My recommendations
Chest, Back, Shoulders, Quads - 4 exercises each
Triceps, Biceps, Hams - 3 exercises
Calves, Rear Delts, Abs - 2 exercises
Stefko Georgiev no of course not but it's about finding what works best for you.
His arms are so big they don't look like they fit on his body...
Same generic music outro as rich piano
that works only for roid users. as a natural, you must train much harder to get big shoulders.
Train much harder? dude stop writing crap.
This is a tutorial video, plus, do you diet down for shows 3-4 times a year? Do you eat 6000 calories a day and work at the same time? No you don't, so shut up.
i train high volume 12+ reps and have been doing so since i started and im growing just fine, you don't need to go heavy too gain size, you gotta train hard and eat right...
Nathan McElligott yeah but if your bench is lower than 225 i think that your chest aint big. First is good to get weights up and then start doing higher reps.
@wiki yes and no, depends how you train your chest, i know plenty of people that do just chest flyes for their chest but their bench is shit but they still have a decent sized chest probably could be bigger if they did include the bench presses but its not a neccessary excersise to build a good chest.
my fav bodybuilder of this new era, he haves the golden era looks and thats what bodybuilding shoud be in this days, salute to big mac.
