Perfection! Congrats to Patrick for creating THE only deck that finally has everything we've been missing. I've never understood how astrology decks just omitted the houses. And Patrick's artwork is so elegant, the simplicity of the images and the dark graphite wash is just beautiful. I feel like I'm becoming a pretty serious Western-Vedic student and I've waited for a deck like this because it has all the components needed but without keywords on the cards so I can easily imagine grahas, rasi's, and bhavas. And my god thank you for the nodes, this deck can only be used for Vedic by including Rahu and Ketu. Vedic is so much about spiritual integration by working thru the Rahu-Ketu axis, the obsession of Rahu while healing the security paradigm of Ketu (and I do love Chiron too). And I love that there are no keywords on the cards so we can create our own meaningful encyclopedia of terminology, the simplicity of this deck actually liberates the user to accomplish SO much more. Can you tell I'm head over heals...

LOve the idea of splitting the season cards into two for each season! Makes so much sense! Stunner of a deck! I heard from P that you were responsible for Nrth/STH node and Chiron cards! ha! Awesome :) I love seeing the whole deck and actually love that P has chosen a smaller format- easier to combine the cards and put them on the altar. Also love the idea of the constellations images for the star signs. Thanx for showing the ways you combine these with other systems. I really like it. Thank you for the video K x
It is most definitely a stunner, the 8 cards for the seasons was really important as many people follow the wheel of the year which hits the solstices and equinoxes and then the four cross quarters, so this allows people who follow the wheel of the year (myself included) to have those cards! And YES :D I am so happy for the notes and Chiron lol, I use those a lot!

I can’t take any credit other than as a “bounce ideas off of” capacity (and begging for N & S Nodes and Chiron LOL) but it has been a joy chewing over it all and always bringing things back to a clean, simple, anyone can use this however they need to choose to work with astrology ❤️

They are always so informative and your explanations and insights bring the decks to life for me. I have purchased quite a few decks after watching your walkthroughs and although I am usually a "lurker", felt called to comment now! I purchased this deck after your review and received it in record time from Patrick.It is even more beautiful in person than in your video and I was lucky enough to get one of the signed decks with a quartz crystal, which I will treasure. Love the use of gold foil (I’m a sucker for shiny bits). Also I enjoy the astrological bent with the constellations and images of the planets. A gorgeous and unique deck. Thanks for sharing.

It's a beautiful deck, Kelly. Patrick really created a great deck. Thank you for this in-depth walk-through. I very much enjoyed to listen to your excitement and the expression of friendship! Last year I created my own astrology deck - because what was available on the market just didn't work for me, I needed nodes, more planets, houses, decans, the elements & seasons etc. So technically I wouldn't need another, very similar created deck, but I ordered it to support Patrick (and because I love that it's gold foiled and matte 400gsm). Astrology is such a wonderful topic to include into our readings and our knowledge about ourselves too. Thanks again Kelly. xx
Exactly, there is definitely a need for this type of astrology deck, in my opinion, I'm so glad that you were able to make one that works for you but love that supported Patrick, the card stock is really divine!
I watched this last night. The deck is gorgeous but alas I know nothing about astrology and
can't see myself learning this overwhelming topic. Woke up this morning and ordered the deck. There are keywords and I know about birth signs. And the moons can be learned. And the seasons are clear. And the houses, there's only eight. The constellations, such pretty lines. Point is I do believe I can read these. Just not in the traditional way. Excited. Congrats to The Living Wheel for such a beauty!

Oh, these are absolutely stunning. While I've very little knowledge on astrology (aside from the sun signs), I've a lot to learn, and this may be the perfect tool. Thank you for showing how you use them. It's looks complicated, but I'm very intrigued. Questions I'm keeping in check, lol. Thank you!

You use these cards the way I have always used the Spirit de la Lune and the astrology cards from Black and the Moon (to visually represent the known energies before drawing cards to explore what I am not yet aware of.) Now...as much as I am planning to be super careful about expenditures this year, I couldn’t resist this deck, if only for those early/late season cards with the wheel of the year glyph on each one! 😱 Gorgeous artwork throughout, but those really got me. I expect to use them as altar cards year round. Thanks for the video, Kelly!
I definitely need to look at Spirit de la Lune again! I also agree that the season cards are wonderful as altar cards!!
The Truth in Story The Spirit de la Lune has more phases and some moons with names (blood moon, cold moon, corn moon, wolf moon, etc....and those are off the top of my tired head so forgive me if I actually made any of those up 😆) and otherwise I think they are similar in terms of eclipses and sun signs. No nodes though!! And no seasonal cards for turnings of the Wheel! (Still swooning here.) BTW I love how you placed those nodes together for a past life sort of reading. I might also use them to represent energies/lessons one is moving out of and into in *this* lifetime because they look so cool laid out together. Would someone call the astrology police on me for that? 🤞🏻🤞🏻😂

This is really inspiring me. I've been creating my own astrological symbol oracle over the past 5 years and just recently printed a version I am really thrilled about - I've been hesitant, however, to share/sell prints because I felt like people didn't respond to a more minimalistic, geometric, strictly symbolic kind of oracle (most of the decks I see tarot readers and other workers being excited about are extravagantly, boldly painted with so much story and fine details illustrated in the first few seconds of seeing the deck).
Seeing *this* style of oracle and how excited you are about it helps me to feel that there really is a place for my oracle, as it also centers around a more symbolic, minimalist, and geometric kind of experience. Thank you for sharing about this deck, something you are so clearly excited about
I’m so glad you found his deck and my take on it inspiring, I do think there is a place for both clean and minimalistic decks as well as the gorgeous boldly painted ones :D they serve different purposes so I wouldn’t be hesitant to bring your dream to life!

I started studying astrology in my 30s with a lady that used to do a column in our local town newspaper. Her columns were not only informative but she added humor as well. She started doing classes and I joined. Before computers were a thing, I learned to do charts by figuring out by hand and ephemeris books etc, now we have the luxury of the internet but if I ever do a chart which is rare now, I still have to draw/write it out as I love to watch it unfold. Her and I have been friends ever since. She has never advertised her business, it has always been word of mouth and now she does readings by phone all over the world. I love astrology and have never been keen enough of the decks that have come out until now with Patricks which is why I have ordered it right away.
I’m with you, I haven’t been keen on them either. I would LOVE to learn to chart them by hand, someday when I have extra time ;)
Doing them by hand is quite a slower process and my friend Crystal says out of all the years of teaching it she thinks im the only one who has ever stuck with doing it by hand as you can pop out a chart online in seconds...im just not tech savvy and I like to watch things unfold. That's why when an creator of a deck writes a bit in their guidebook about their discovery of how they came up with a certain, some find it boring but I find it fascinating

The international shipping killed me ($25!!) but I ordered this incredible deck. I'm so excited!! I just wish there was a way to make shipping cheaper, I already get hammered by the exchange rate. PS - the nodes are my favorite cards!

Awaiting the arrival of this beauty. The size looks perfect and that black and gold combo is divine. It might work with my Dust II Onyx, Marigold or Nefertari decks. Too much black and gold? LOL!!
Black Moon Astrology cards has House, Node, etc. cards. If it had the Moon phases and was a bit smaller and not so glossy, it would be pretty close to perfect.
I do have the Black Moon Astrology and I do think it is a good option but I work so much with the moon phases and it’s just too big for what I need it to do, they did good, though, on including a lot of things and perhaps for an astrology oracle deck to pull randomly it might be the best bet? As to the question of too much black and gold... LOL can that be??
