I have a problem, I installed my machine but at the end of washing my machine was moving and moving very fast in the room, what was the reason? Pls I need you help.
@@tatianaginja7358 yeap I have open the transportation (4) srews at the back side of the machine and now the machine is working perfectly. There are many of screws at the back side of the machine but open those 4 which are big than others. Thank you.
Hi there buddy any chance you could show me how to struggling to get the Wi-Fi on followed the instructions following the QR code but when I called the two buttons to try and select the settings it doesn’t allow me.
Took me forever to realize that the black matt sitting on top of the washer actually goes on the bottom/base of the washing machne and then use 3 black pins provided to twist into according holes...an hour of my life I can't get back!😅
@@abby5652 it's ridiculous isn't it. I couldn't believe it when I realized you had to turn the washing machine upside down. I played with the right way to clip it in. What a strange design

remove the transit bolts from the back of the machine and level the the machine
