- This video was made during test rides in preparation for the IDM season 2022. We have tested a new camera mount to produce even better images. It shows a few fast laps (a lot of traffic and heavily used tires) at the Autodrom Most of Marc Neumann 36 with his BMW M1000RR 2021. We have added some telemetry data for those who want to see more technical details to the sound.

Interesting that you didn’t use first gear at all. I guess you are using different gearing than standard for this track? I went there for the first time recently and enjoyed the circuit a lot. Maybe you didn’t go down to first simply because you are going quite a bit faster than me. 😂
Yes we used a shorter gearing here. It is always recommended to use a short gearing with the BMW bikes - riding is much better with shortened gearing because of the torque shape of this bikes.
Are you using the split throttle bodies? In the UK a lot of riders don't get on with it.
Yes, thats one of the new features in our Race Mapping PRO V2022 „C“ompetition and the reason why the bike in video sound like an R1M in mid rev-range. Cheers Rainer

@@Vegsebesseg you talk about the split throttle bodies operation? If yes it should help to improove rider feeling and trust on throttle from throttle pickup to full open during exiting corners.
