Actually I started to watch this short film for improving my communication skills. but now As am a systems engineer I learned how to be in office and what should I do and what shouldn't I do everything so I am really happy to found out the short film which I really un noticed to watch before and one more thing I have decided to wrote this comment also for developing communcation by myself.

Really Mostly people couldn't manage our personal and profession life together and gradually they start getting depressed from there life.Much motivated movie which learn our reality of today's life.
This is precisely why I love the professional life in Europe. Reach your office by 8, and leave by 3. No phone calls or work after that. If required then I be paid 150% of my wage rate.On top of it there is 6 weeks of vacation.
This also leads to improved efficiency and one has time to pursue their hobbies and personal life.
Unless there is respect to private life and time in India, things wont improve.

This movie is really true..It's matching this most of the people lifestyle.
I faced such a problem. I was always busy with my works. But my colleagues never. They have enough time for all activities. Sometimes i couldn't have my food in proper time. I wondered why that happened only for me. I missed others and they missed me too. My real problem was don't have proper time management. I think many people also have the same problem mentioned in this nice short film.
This short film is like a reminder to value the present and dont always worry about future. Embrace life and live in the present moment like there will be no other day.💙

This an awsome direction, photography, music, acting and so on so forth. This is a real happenings in most of the software industries in India. I being in an software industiry since 25 years, realise that I am missing my presious time that I had not spend with my children and my wife as well. I was embedded at my work, and forgot myself for all these years. Software friends, please plan your work accordingly, and spend time at least week ends with your childrens, family and friends. This will refresh your mind and you will feel fresh when you go to work on Monday.

I appreciate this short movie and your experiences enacted and portrayed in it. If a play depicting the continuation of the character "Aadhya" already married at this instance of the ending scenes... it could reveal the other side of the coin.
Definitely, I do not mean that the twists and turns that could lead to the now-a-days dirty bollywood movies.
But I would want to catch on the positive side of it though.
Many who have been married to techie people, their lives and thoughts after getting married would drift drastically.
This short film if continued like this : The character Aadhya, who is newly married leading a new married status goes to office, then comes home late and poses as a work-a-holic. The reactions he gives and receives to and from his wife and the viceversa reactions which turns their relationship saga into a good one and/or a bad one.
I am trying to bring in the picture of how an educated housewife of a software engineer could either strive to survive in Aadhya's family or abandon him and his family. If she could survive what she does and how positively she gets closer to him. If she cannot survive how her reactions could be after her husband (the character Aadhya) confesses his love to his office-mate (the character "Spoorti")
How the character "Diya"[I have assumed that she's Aadhya's wife] gets along with him, how she would feel about him in the family perspective and go through with her spouses emotional well-being who is being horse blinded about himself and his near ones.
The software engineer's wife can be played on both roles positive and negative, at this point her negative and positive reactions is counted upon. Like, How it mars their core-relationship and/or also how it transcends their relationship into a beautiful one. Adding to it, if Aadhya is from an orthodox family (his family members as of the highest Hindu caste, that of the priesthood and are in a joint family system) in India and how Aadhya's beliefs go through a drastic change which affects the entire family along with his spouse.
However, Aadhya's wife, if portrayed as a highly educated, beautiful, out-spoken, out-going, independent charming personality undergoing a lot of changes after marrying Aadhya.
Now-a-days, many turn to counsellors for the problems coming or rooting from the family issues, joint family issues, work-atmosphere, infatuations with co-workers, spouse-infidelity, murders, emotionally absent spouse, long distance relationships, extra-marital affairs stemming from the office, misunderstandings at home, financial insecurities, friendship-insecurities, match-making mismatches, incompatibility, siblings rivalries, love-affair prior marriage, budding office affairs, etc., depleting parent son/ daughter relationships, psychological effects, spouse-disabilities, disability on its own, spouse-not-earning {Of course, an unending list would pop up when insecurities are taken into account} lack of mutual respect, low self-esteems which are leading to divorces on many grounds and several cases even up to the extremes of suicidal cases and children custodial issues(Marriage Institution is a vast branch to speak of in short- like this one here or even to briefly pen down).
With that topping up on the stress that seems cropping up from work-atmospheres like low-appraisals, demeaning salary, in-different coworkers and work-pressures leading to insomnia and health-issues-causes-and its lifestyle borne diseases, etc.,. Overall, it is all about the society, techie people and their daily life style, living along with the competitive world.
If these are brought into forefront, just like the ones in the latest movie, The Infinity- Sir Ramanujam's story enacted by Dev Patel. Then the comeback of this short-movie would be another award winning short film.
I wish that this short- movie would extend and unfold to self-educate, help the budding and pro-counsellors, their clients, people both implicitly and explicitly involved with techies, society, managing circumstances, situational crisis and especially while concentrating on the role of housewife would be of profound welcome.
Disclaimer: I thought to write this here, only on the intention of how such videos would HELP the humanity and community as a whole in developing interpersonal skills and evolve in the great Darwin's theory of survival of the fittest as a beautiful body-mind-soul to oneself and to the whole world. Also few short movies on youtube which inspired me to write to you for being a extremely appropriate fatherly character part played in this touching short movie.
