Brazil historically is the best team in the history of the world, but it needs to improve a lot if it wants to return to be world champion again. There is a lot of competition world wide and humbly speaking I don't really know what to say given most of the team is new and doesn't have much experience. Dorival Junior has a lot of work to do if he wants to make something of this new team.

This is a brand new Brazil team for 2024. Once upon a time Brazil was the best men's team in the world. They fallen from grace going from being ranked 1 in the world and top favorite for the world title in Qatar 2022, to a decadent mess in Brazil 2023 season with two interim coaches Ramon Menezes and Fernando Diniz. Brazil will not be favorites at all in this Copa America as that will go to defending world champion Argentina, Uruguay also tied with Argentina for most Copa America titles and yes even the USA would be favorites not Brazil. Brazil has to do a lot with Dorival junior to recover the lost prestige and reputation it once had. Only time will tell if this new and inexperienced team with mix of new and some decent talent will translate to success. Dorival Junior the new official coach has a lot of work to do. The global competition for the game has increased. Brazil last world title was back in 2002 in Japan and South Korea and they only been falling to quarterfinals with only one semifinal at home which ended with a disaster to Germany and loss to Netherlands in 2014. The world's most popular sport will be getting the Super Fifa Club world cup in 2025 with 32 teams and the Super Fifa World Cup which will expand to a all time high of 48 teams and it is a massive growth and expansion since the days when the first world championship happened almost 100 years ago in Uruguay in 1930 in South America among the 22 world championships.

Douglas Luiz, despite being midfielders, has accumulated several important goals for Villa and will be traded in the next window. João Gomes is a starter at Wolver and is already in the sights of big European teams. Lucas Paquetá, who is Guardiola's wish for Manchester City. Bruno Guimarães is a great player, I'm sure you know that. Andreas Pereira as a substitute is a great player. Magalhães one of the best defenders in the premier league. Marquinhos this season played great games again with PSG, including in the Champions League. Militão will be in shape until the Copa América. Now about Beraldo, I agree that Bremer should be ahead of him. Are Alisson and Ederson bad goalkeepers for you? Yan Couto is the full-back with the most assists in the league. The attack is completely world class, there is nothing to talk about. The deficiency really lies on the left side, but Wendell was regular and had good games against England and Spain a few days ago.
