If I was PIRLO, this is how I get SAMPDORIA back to SERIE A in FC Sports 24

Andrea Pirlo is in charge of Sampdoria at this time, they are not doing to well, can I take him and Sampdoria back to Serie A with a team Rebuild.
Funds are low so I will have to rely on loan moves to get Sampdoria back to Serie A. Pirlo will try all of his connections to rebuild the squad with players for the future.
Surely this will be an easy rebuild, right?
