- Customised Gol Gappa - Air Fried Atta Puri using RO Water
A paani puri gol gappa mobile stall or cart was seen in Delhi Weekly Market on 16 Dec 2022 night time. This venture is just started by Tapsi, a B Tech 3rd year student. She calls it a startup. They plan to have more such carts and she tells they are being manufactured. These are atta gol gappes and which are air fried as per runner/entrepreneur and RO Water is used along with Pink Himalayan Rock Salt in preparation to which they add only fresh mint (pudina) and coriander (dhaniya). Chutney is prepared by fresh imli (tamarind), gurr (jaggery). Calling it customised, they say this snack is healthier as preparation does not involve chemicals like ararot, taatri etc. and deep frying in oil is not resorted to. The cart took 6 months in designing, putting together alongwith what the chief calls concept. Venture is called B Tech Paani Puri Wali.
Location is Friday Bazaar Janakpuri B3-B1 Area outside 60 feet shiv murti park. Video is shot on #SamsungGalaxyF02s at 30fps, is SD complete.

01 ठेला लगाने के लिए डिग्री जरूरी बिल्कुल नही है , लेकिन 01 ठेले से 100 -200 ठेले का सफर पाने के लिए education बहोत जरूरी है .......
