Child who drove toy tractor into Beaver Co. river ID'd as son of rodeo star Spencer Wright

The child hospitalized after driving a toy tractor into a river in southwestern Utah is the son of rodeo star Spencer Wright, the family's spokesperson and close friend told ABC4.com on Wednesday.

We can not send enough prayers to this little boy but I pray he can do a 💯 percent turn around and come back to his mom and dad and everyone else.

Looks like God ignored every single one of you guys and actively decided against intervening and saving him and instead watched as this poor boy eventually had to be taken off life support, and now the family has to suffer this tragic loss until the day they die. Way to drop the ball there, God

I took my son fishing onetime on the haw river and spot we were at had a dock went out bout 30 yards into river. He had a string he was dipping in water on end of dock and there were no railing on this dock he dropd the string fell foward trying to grab it falling in water and kaploosh he went face first in river bout 20 ft deep water that was rushing my real good buddy at time didn't hesitate he immediately jumps in shoes phone in pocket the whole deal and rescued my son! By time he fell in it had rushed my boy bout 60 yards down river that fast !! If my buddy didn't act when he did I truly belive hed been gone!!! Just thought I'd share
