Hickok45 videos are filmed on my own private shooting range and property by trained professionals for educational and entertainment purposes only, with emphasis on firearms safety and responsible gun ownership. We are NOT in the business of selling firearms or performing modifications on them. Do not attempt to copy at home anything you see in our videos. Firearms can be extremely dangerous if not used safely. - Sport
Where I live it's " when you're down in Maryland where freedom is a lie" man I can't wait to move back to Alaska this summer...
Restricted Canadian here, shooting is our families main pastime, no macho anything here my youngest is 5 and just learning basic firearm safety and respect, we also have 4 cat's here. Thanks Hickok45
I know I didn’t care for ARs until I shot one. It didn’t appear to be well made plastic not wood seamed cheaply made . Yeah I was wrong. They are sweet shooting accurate low recoil made simply for field stripping for cleaning. Love the AR!
Really, the only plastic bits are the butt stock and grip, and on some occasions, the selector switch, even on cheap variants, the rest is metal.
@@clencheastwood1571 and forarm so yes really
I agree. I’m fairly old school, especially when it comes to my guns but after trying and owning my first one. I have to admit, it has become an addiction. Just the simplicity, versatility and the ability to build or change it yourself allows you to connect and enjoy the whole experience even more.
It’s my 30th birthday and I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate. I was one of those good folks who moved to Tennessee from one of those undesirable states that lack freedom. Best thing I ever did.
I’m happy for you. Hopefully, you left any LeFtISt 🤪 wAyS that undoubtedly had to have rub off on you? Sadly, we who reside here ( natives of TN ) appreciate good folks but we don’t like being crowded out of our home land. You may feel the population density is lower than that Blue State you left, but for us locals we are comfortable with far less people. Now we have to avoid areas for its overcrowding. How taxes have increased. Road Rage is now a thing, rude people is now a thing, other people - ethic groups that don’t legally belong here ( other than White & Black ) are now a thing etc. We live here, and stayed here for the things TN didn’t have that the BIG CITY STATES have!
Happy Birthday, young pup !
That happened in our state 30 years ago and our state has been overrun by liberals and nnatives cannot afford to live here, we had no firearm laws, now we have several pages ,and the attack is non stop.. good luck!@@JF-fx2qv

Well said my fellow Tennessean. If I didn’t buy a house 5 years ago I’d be screwed nowadays. I make damn good money as well. I recently worked on a house that was purchased 17 years ago in Franklin for 170k… fast forward and now that things worth 2.5 million!
Is Tennessee cheap and or affordable? How's gas prices
I'm a fellow Tennessean and I gotta say this is one of my favorite episodes you have put up. Things you said really resonate with me maybe because I'm an "old guy" myself. I really respect you and the easy going way you relate to your viewers. Feel like I was right there talking with you! God bless you and the kindness you spread.
I was an over-the-road truck driver in my twenties and thirties and I always carried a handgun in my truck. But I never carried a gun on my person when I was home. Since about the middle of October of this year I've been carrying a firearm on me everyday. I got my concealed carry permit even though I live in Kentucky I thought it would be a good idea for reciprocity purposes. I'm 56 years old now for about 20 years I have not carried a gun. With all the mass shootings and potential terrorism I do not go to town without a firearm. As the threat of terrorism ramps up, I'm liable to start carrying my AR-15 in the trunk of my car just in case ,.. as far as a firearm making you feel more manly? It makes me feel very self-conscious. Even though I'm a polite kind of person I have found myself being even more polite in public. Even though I've always been a courteous driver I'm even more courteous now. I think when I'm trying to say is carrying a firearm has made me a better person. You really have to have the correct mindset . You really have to be emotionally stable. Guns are not toys. Anti-gun people do not know what they're talking about. The things anti-gun people say makes it painfully obvious those are the types of people that should never carry a gun. They are weak-minded and emotionally unstable.
Couldn't have said it any better.
1,000% agree with you.
Well done
Well said!
To everyone I hope and pray for your safety and health. Loved ones as well. Thank you hickok45 and family 🫡
They don't teach the history anymore. But hunters are the original conservationists. They are the one's who pushed for limits and are the ones who pay for the DNRs with taxes, license fees, and manage their lands for the benefit of wildlife! I've owned 320 acres of woodlands in Northern Minnesota for 40 years that will never be built on. And I recently inherited 40 acres in Tennessee.
Second amendment refers to being free from tyranny not written specifically for hunting...great deal on 40 acres, don't try and make it just like where you came from tho, if you miss it , I will buy your 40, we are looking to leave tyranny here.. good luck..
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Teddy Roosevelt !!!! The original conservationist.
The 40 acre stimulus finally came through, did you also get a mule with that?
See Ted Nugent telling Joe Rogan this about Michigan hunters, trappers, and fisherman. You are spot on.
Goodmorning Hickok happy 223 sunday
Another great video. Enjoy the talks. We appreciate what you do, thanks Hickok!
You know i would love to see a Sunday shoot a round pod cast where Mr. Hicock has someone out and they have just a good ol chat as they both enjoy practicing, educating, and just talking on hot points. I love your take sir.
Hickok on the tube, coffee, cigar .. Life IS good !!
A good, just government never needs 2a restrictions. Only those with tyranny tendencies. You can not make bad guys harmless by making good guys helpless.
Have a great Sunday y'all, TW.
Well, sure. But is there such a thing as a "good, just government"? Our government is probably one of the most good and just large governments in history, yet it still wants to control or eliminate firearms possessed by good, law-abiding citizens, while letting armed criminals enjoy the freedom they will use to cause havoc. Why do you suppose that is? I submit it is because as soon as any politician hits the Capitol building, he realizes that he has the power to CONTROL, not to assist, the common man. To do this effectively, he has to keep us unarmed. It's a natural problem with politicians. It's why we have to vote them out periodically, to avoid shooting them.
I love that.... you make bad guys harmless by making good guys helpless. Bad guys are always harmful. Good guys are nice and carry good guns.
Hickok45 for PRESIDENT…….
It’s always a good Sunday morning watching Hickok 45 shoot around
I saw #223 and had to see this one! Always love Sunday S-a-R or any Hickok notification. Much love from the sunny shore of NC.

Good morning Hickok and everyone👋
Good morning, folks.
We made it another week!
Cheers, Hickok45 and gang.
Well said, lord another week yes, thank the lord for Hickok45, on Sunday the Lord’s Day
Great Sunday episode, I agree 100% with what you are saying in between shots, you honor Jeff's Gunblast. The USA was blessed with the 2nd, more important than the 1st. ⚔
Thanks, for always telling the truth, and setting the record straight, you are the best.
Amen brother,the 2nd isn't about hunting,guns don't kill people,people kill people.
Ótimo domingo a todos Deus abençoe a América 🇺🇸🇧🇷
Professor, thanks for the video.
The one Major Monopoly we have are Politicians in Washington ❤
Yeah, it's pretty sad, too, because we have total control over who goes to Washington. Just a matter of voting them in or out.
Unfortunately, the characters that get elected ARE representative of the voters, which in most cases does not speak well of the population.
Politicians have distorted the system so that once installed they are almost impossible to defeat.
.223 is one of the best deer rounds out there! Many a whitetail have been harvested with this round. Nice connection between the round and a beautiful example of an AR platform. Thanks for making "Life is good" a true statement and for creating a legacy for future generations to look up to. Makes me "feel lucky!"
Very well said
I'm the same way with loving to "sling things." Loved throwing rocks into creeks, playing baseball, shooting, etc. Hockey may be the most fun projectile-slinging activity, though!
¡Long Live The Republic!
Peace and God Bless all the people in this room.
Sunday shoot around are just podcasts with shooting mixed in😂👌
Morning chuckles
... thanks
I taught my tuxedo cat to sit down and shake hands to get a treat. Vet had never seen that before.
Alvin York! Greàt to remember him, thanks for that.
Folks should look up
Capt. Sam Woodfill.
He also won the MOH in WW1, But he is un remembered.
Taking out numerous MG nests, hand to hand combat using an entrenching tool,
and everything else in-between,in only one days action.
He was a true American Hero/Rifleman!!
God rest his soul.
@@KevinSmith-yh6tl I love reading about Medal of Honor recipients, there are some incredible stories. I did look up Sam Woodfill. We have a local WW1 Medal of Honor recipient, John Lewis Barkley. He wrote a memoir, "No Hard Feelings," which somehow got renamed as "Scarlet Fields.". Great book.

I've heard of that gentleman, but never knew about his book.
Thank you for the reply/information.
👍
More than 4 years of Sundays!! Nice work, nice rifle. Good choice
I had never heard of Bud's Gun Shop until I started watching your videos years back. But they do have good prices, and bought a nice Pietta Deluxe 1878 Hartford Coach Gun from them. So you basically helped me find something I long wanted. Thank you!
Well I'm excited to see the future of firearms with the way it's coming of age is handled .
Awesome Sunday shoot around and very nice Daniel defense dd7v4 rifle and nice Smith and Wesson thanks for sharing Hickok45
I love the Sunday video with all the wisdom👍
Thank you, what a fine program, today. I'm a pastor, and I do appreceiate your comments on not being rude. Speak the truth in love, if you don't love 'em, don't say the hard things ... I shoot a S&W .357 m19-4, a .223 that I built, a S&W .40 cal, a plethora of shot guns and .22 rifles with my grand kids, and I always look forward to your you tube programs. I think I saw you once at the Wannamaker gun show in Tulsa. But I was too awestruck to stop you. Again, thank you for all of your good advice. btw, John is great too!!
You are a fine teacher Mr Hancock. Thank you.
Happy Sunday 😊 from WNC. God bless Hickok 45 ❤🙏🇺🇲💪

Beautiful gun Mr. Unfortunately in my country ARs are really expensive and the other problem now, the government not allowed us, I mean, civilians to have one of this amazing guns. For sure in my next time to US I'll look for a place to have a pleasure to hold one 😊

Yup! Not your Daddy’s NRA. Wayne’s gone, and it’s time for everyone to rejoin and help fix it. Nothing wrong with multiple 2A Rights groups, but we (all) need a strong NRA.
Enjoyed the video, sir. Thank you for the talk.
Throwing rocks, grew up rural nova Scotia, how about tossing cow patties, long as top is dry. This story made my wife almost sick, she is not really country girl. We live in the country, our daughter, and now granddaughter country ladies. Have great week, blessings, spring is here ,fishing.

Hickok45 for president!
You states a lot of wise words throughout the video.
However the best was “I prefer guns that work”. Got a laugh from that one.
As always a great video. As a new youtuber(me), your view and wisdom are inspiring and have provided some guidance for me going forward.
God bless Hickok.
I use MCT oil on the skin and some tea tree oil. . . Quail eat a lot of ticks. . . Poison ivy and ticks yep seen a lot if that. Tanks.
Happy Sunday mister Hickock on way to the house myself
YOU are awesome. 4 of my nephews plug in your channel. Was visiting my daughter in CA. I met 3 admirers of HICKOK45....EVEN in California!!!. .....gotta luv it. YOU R BOSS! BTW.....Sunday Morning Shoot A Round-
another great video sir thank you
Home of Hobo Shoestring who recently passed.
This rifle is also featured as the gun of the month at Gun For Hire in Woodland Park, NJ. You can shoot it before you decide to buy.
Good morning Hickok. I live in one of those states that used to be free (Washington) but no longer due to the socialist take over a few years ago. We can no longer purchase “assault” weapons, can only have 10-round mags, can only carry open-carry in certain places, have a minimum 10-day wait period on any firearm purchased, and now all FFL license holders will be required to put iron bars on their buildings. And many more bills in the legislature to eventually get rid of the 2nd Amendment. Glad you still have your freedom. Love your channel sir!!
Great videos for sure and much appreciated. Where did you get the light weight ear protection you always wear? Looks so much easier than the total ear coverings. Thank you !!!
No lies from my part in this matter. My experience with weapons is less than minimal. But i still like Your and similar Channles.
Amen!!
