hi paul, I stumbled upon this and I had a question if it's alright to ask. do marketers capture form submissions through contact page as email subscription? I understand it can be stored as a subscriber but is it done or just kept separate from email subscription list?

Now the bad part. Didn't work for me so I looking at why as I want to use this for supporter for my content.
I have Shield Security installed and maybe that's it?
I will have a play and if I find out what it is I let you know. PS it sees the form name so that's a start.

Paul, great video tut as always! I have been looking for something exactly like this! While I’m a huge Caldera Forms fanboy, I’m working on converting all my forms to using the Elementor form builder, as I am trying to push anything and everything that can use Elementor to do so!

Hi Paul, great vid and very useful tool. Can I then use the data from the form to display as dynamic content in Elementor?
For example use a form to update a company details such as email, telephone number, address etc and then use dynamic content to show that info on various pages and templates? if not, what plugin would you be inclined to use?

Hey Paul. Super helpful, as always. I will be using this for simple record/download jobs, but I was using and am still using "contact form DB" for a site that makes use of that old plugins extended features, such as the ability to create short code that auto-updates with live data from the forms. But Contact Form DB is no longer being supported or updated. Now I know Contactic has created a plugin that sort of forked off from that project but it doesn't appear to work with Elementor like Contact Form DB does. Any thoughts on a form DB plugin with the extensive functionality of Contact form DB?

In this video, you do not discuss how to choose what table or column the data from the form is saved in... you can see how that would be problematic for real world applications... Here's an obvious example: say you run a library and you have only one book written by a publisher. You add all of the publisher data, author info, etc, all on one line. Later, you get rid of the book... and now all of the author info and publisher info is deleted along with the book. Now you get another book by the same publisher, and all of the data must be re-entered. Here's another example: You work with a company, doing several hundred orders for a product. The company changes their name, and now you have to go through several hundred lines of the database and change every single one. And yet another horrifying example: say you have 1000 orders from a company. You have to manually enter the company information 1,000 times - the address, the phone number, the contact, etc. You search for the orders, but only 990/1,000 are returning - it turns out someone made a user error and entered the wrong company information on ten of the lines. So you search by phone number, but that returns 800 because 100 used "-" and 100 used "+1" in front of it.
now imagine you actually have the ability to simply create an additional table called "Company Info" that can be matched effortlessly with "User Info." This is how the real world works. I am patiently waiting for someone with half of an ounce of sense to create this functionality.
