I've been on Lexapro for years. Last November, I lowered my dose. I could actually 'fake it to make it' at work, which hadn't been the case and was starting to jeopardize my job (kinda customer service related, customer is always right, blah blah blah). I'm scared to get off it completely and change meds because I know it's hard to find what works. But anxiety is worse it seems. Anxiety and depression are a b***h to deal with and unless you've been through it, you won't understand. I never correlated health to my nails but maybe I should track that.
