So, If I left MY Front Door open & somebody told me, I'd THANK them for assisting my privacy & security because that's MY responsibility & not theirs.
Similarly, there's communal grounds around where I live, raising the likelihood of asking a stranger their purpose for being there.
It certainly doesn't give me any right to start abusing & even ATTACKING that person!
The staff at Dormer Smith think that 'rule doesn't apply to them & one individual , encouraged by an older example who should know better by now, appears to be on something to me .

Errr. This is Essex, there won't be anyone 'higher up' with any more intelligence.
Imagine thats been done already, they will be talking to their legal team. The ICO re his registration as a data handler re GDPR non consensual use of clearly identifiable persons images for monetized social media. .Citizen journalist clause exemption is on a case by case basis, judged on the journalistic merits of content weighed against the human rights privacy expectations in a private work place of staff featured. Sure DWP the HRMC and YT will also be consulted.
So will it be corporate lawyers against a no win no fee team operating out of a portacabin? I'll get the popcorn!

I've written to the company. I know people will be calling for the guy to be sacked but I don't think that will help. At the minimum he needs to apologise for his actions. But definitely anger management training. I don't think I would call for his sacking though.

Got a reply from Braintree Council... This is part of the reply. They are taking action. So well done to the auditor for causing change.
However, the condition of the area in question is a concern and the affected area appears likely to be under the control of Braintree District Council. This will be checked and is being referred internally to investigate what may be causing the litter and how this can be better controlled in future.

In a way I kind of sympathize with these commercial workers. To an extent.
I work in construction/manufacturing and have seen lads throw hammers and fists at each other over the years.
We are a different breed all together from office worker types for the most part. The police aren't really on their minds at times like this. Calling the police would be dishonourable.
It would be preferable to go to prison over the disrespect than to call police. This is just the ego aspect of the unstable mind. I got some of it too lol
It's just I am quite analytical and wary. But yeah, if the disrespect is high enough, the police mean nothing at all. it's man v man then.
It's much safer to audit police to be honest. At least then when you meet a wild card and get damaged, a public facing employee would deserve every bit of the recompense.
But the guy in this video is clearly mentally disturbed, and companies do a service to the community by keeping these types off the streets and busy in doors.
I hope in future you would be a little more understanding. I know emotions and adrenaline are high though...
Most are sound, others can switch on a dime and can be very unstable, which is why they are in manufacturing and not public facing. Fucked up people needs jobs too, and this system of tax and trust fraud/slavery does not cater for mental disabilities as well as it should.
So when you come into what they think of as their territory(quite protective as you can see lol), and you appear to be trouble for the company, the unstable ones are going to take it as a personal disrespect.
Maybe it's good to check egos. Maybe.
What i am getting at is that there are missed opportunities and better ways to handle these things. Other perspectives that can improve your reactions in the moment and create better content and respect from the subscribers.. My opinion, i know..
I would apologize to the management and tell them that I would never have gone so close to their yard if I knew they had disturbed persons in the building.
But i did not see any signs that i might be attacked if I approach the yard.
A sarcastic friendly cumupance seems more slick to me than a shouting competition.
No respect for easy insults. But sly ones can be funny and even change attitudes.
