Poker players who use GTO use random number generators to make decisions in spots where they have a mix of calling vs raising, calling vs folding, etc.
Some players use high rolls to make the more aggressive of the options, some use low rolls to be aggressive. But in short, it’s just a way to decide what to do in a spot where there are multiple options. Hope this makes sense.
