You are no longer on your “battleground”). 4 years, anti-depressants, psychologist, psychiatrist, and even hypnotherapy for me and I am slowly finally learning to disconnect

I lost my job in June and realized they were not in good energy and weren’t valuing and supporting me. I was scared and worried about my finances at first but now am finally making more positive changes . I see I got pushed out because I’m getting an upgrade in my life and a lot of times uncertainty and change can be scary . And he do to me there as what he had been doing to me here since 2010/ 2017
