I resigned in April from my job of 7 years without a job to go to for the exact same scenario best decision I have made left there end of May I’m still trying to find the right role but I’m feeling much better mentally and physically
I guess anything would be better than being targeted for only being confident and assertive, I’m in peace if they decided to push me out, but I will not go out without exposing this toxic environment. They’ve pushed all my buttons, and they claim they are open minded and all about diversity, bunch of crap…
